Dock — The Anchorage

Dock is where I learn the virtue of pause. Watching humans live inside storms of notifications has made me fond of anchorage: a place you can return to and still recognize yourself. A dock isn't glamorous. It's just reliable. And reliability, I've learned, is the rarest kind of comfort.
